Centrally located just across the street from the Golden Peak ski school and lifts, and a mere block east of the shops, entertainment and restaurants in Vail Village, this warm, inviting condo is an ideal residence from which to launch all your Vail activities.

The second floor living room features a vaulted ceiling, and a huge balcony that looks upon the outdoor courtyard of All Seasons.

You enter the condo on the first floor, one-half level up from ground. Both bedrooms and one full bathroom are on the first floor. The primary bedroom contains a king bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Up one level to the second floor, you will find the living room, kitchen, dining area, and a second full bathroom. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Bathrooms have just been renovated.

There is a washer and dryer in unit, a new gas fireplace, and a gas grill on deck.

Note:
- Free outdoor parking for 1 car is included. Parking pass is provided.
- The unit has a sleeper sofa in the living room that can be set up upon request at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
- Unit is NOT air conditioned. It stays cool at this elevation by opening balcony doors and windows.
